SERVICES

Sessions include training programs designed with your specific fitness goals in mind.  

 

Sessions run approximately 1 hour in duration. 

 

Prior to your first workout, you will receive a FREE consultation.  The consultation offers the opportunity to learn more about you (goals, limitations, previous fitness experience, etc), so that you will receive the absolute best and most appropriate custom made training program.  The consultation will include a gym orientation and some sample exercises.

 

Optional 'Functional Movement Screenings' are recommended as part of your first training session.  The Functional Movement Screening lasts approximately 15 minutes and will identify any areas of weakness or imbalance.

 

During your regular training session, you will be guided through a warmup into a workout that has been specifically prepared for you for that day. You will be guided through every movement with emphases on technique and form for optimum results.   Each session will end with a cool down and stretching period.  

 

Injury prevention will be at the forefront of every workout.  

 

Every workout will be different and you will be challenged based on your ability and fitness level.   

 

If you’re a music lover, you will be motivated by some rockin’ tunes during your workout.  You will have fun!!  You’ll leave feeling energized, refreshed and ready to take on the world!
